I just recently purchased this amazing dishwasher from my local Lowe's store and I love it. It has all the qualities that I need in a dishwasher, wonderful capacity for all the big and little items that I have as well as a leak guard so I am sure water won't be spilling out the sides. Another amazing thing about this washer is it is stainless steel so it is easily cleaned and looks great. Of course the best thing is that it wastes less water and is energy star rated to conserve water and energy.

By far the energy saver part is the best of all for me. I am very aware of my environment and love to save on energy and water I do not like to waste a thing. I will definitely recommend this dishwasher to anyone who loves style, the environment and has a large family.

This washer makes it easy to keep everything clean and if you have children all the controls are hidden on the top of the door so when it closes they can't be seen. That is just amazing because I have some cousins I watch and they love to press buttons and we all know that could make a little bit of a mess.

So In general this is an amazing dishwasher that is great for families as well as the single individual. It would be a great addition to any home. By far this is the most efficient and beautifully crafted machine I have seen.

Just ripped out my Bosch dishwasher after only 3 years of use. Didnt clean dishers well, unit kept filling with water and finally the motor burned out. Never again will I pay a premium price for a Bosch.

The BOSCH Integra 500 Series DLX Dishwasher is a great appliance. It offers a sleek, modern stainless steel design with hidden controls (across the top panel when you open the door) and near silent operation. It is well built and feels solid and well put together.

The dish trays are made of thick, high gauge gray plastic and appear to be very durable. My biggest complaint with function is the control system to raise and lower the top rack. The trays seems to get stuck in place on one side quite often creating the need to apply more force than should be required to "snap" the tray out of position.

While it hasn't broken and there is no indication that it will, I fear that constant stress from the force will eventual cause cracking. I also wish the top tray went about half an inch lower to accommodate taller travel mug type items that you normally don't want to wash on the bottom rack. From an operation standpoint, the Integra 500 works flawlessly.

Even without a rinse agent, wine glasses came out sparkling clean (even with dried wine residue inside). Heavily soiled plates required no pre-washing at all. I'm more than impressed. BOSCH is on the higher end of the price spectrum, so if you are looking to make a value oriented purchase, this may not be the dishwasher for you. If, however, you value design, performance and quiet operation, I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

Bad product - Poor Bosch Customer Service NEW

I recently purchased a Bosch shx45mo2uc/50 dishwasher and I'm extremely disappointed with Bosch repair service, the corporate culture and the machine! I do not recommend at all.

The main problem I'm having is that the dishwasher leaves my dishes dirty and the glasses cloudy and with particles stuck on the items. There is a residue left on the door panel.

Additionally,the digital cycle display changes the number of cycles required to wash at random.
e had a visit from a Bosch technician who said our problems were caused by water temperature.
He did no further testing.

Our Dishwasher is plugged directly into the hot water and we have not used the dishwasher because it does not work!

I had a whirlpool for 15 years and it worked excellently for 15 years without any repairs.
This Whirlpool did not require rinsing dishes either. I feel as if I had been robbed!

Reliable appliance at a good price NEW

I recently purchased this fine dishwasher, and I have to say that it is the best one I have used yet. I went to the store to pick it up, and the guy behind the counter told me that this is the one for me. I had many problems with past dishwashers, and I really wanted something that would get the job done.

The problem with my old one is that I had to constantly rewash dishes after they had gone through. With this Dishwasher, I had no such problem. I just put them in, waited a short amount of time, and they came out like new. There is practically no noise coming from the machine, which is helpful in a small apartment.

The manufacturers warranty that came with it was also very positive, even though I have yet to have any problems with the machine. It was also very easy to install, and the instructions that came with it were very easy to read.

The best part however, was the cleaning. There was literally no need to clean the dishwasher. Normally I have to scrub my dishwasher every 3-4 months, but there is no need with this model. Bosch is a great supplier and I am even considering buying more products from them based on the great experience I have had so far with this dishwasher.

I would recommend this model to anyone who is looking for a reliable appliance. Whether you are looking for a good price or a great appliance, you cannot go wrong.
