Frigidaire Built in GLD 4050RHB1

I purchased this dishwasher on Dec. 28th at HH Gregg. Since I had had service problems with Sears, I specifically asked what turn around time was on Frigidaire apppliances..."OH immediate" was the claim.

Well, Monday May 25th it began to throw Er and uo codes. I called for service and was told I had to wait until June 2nd. I was assured that the technician would call ahead for the appropriate codes to insure he/she had the correct parts on the truck.

Today I waited from 8:00 -4:45 for the technician. He came, looked at the dishwasher and told me he had to order a motor and it would be delivered to me on June 9th AND it would be between 8 and 5 ... another day wasted. Meanwhile I have a guest list of 12 folks coming this weekend and guess who will be hand washing all that stuff!!

Do not buy Frigidaire or patronize HH Gregg if you expect a quality product or good service... by the way, I paid cash
