This new dishwasher does not clean right particularly in the upper shelf. The person who sold it came out to the house and said it was our water. My water has not changed and every other dishwasher I ever had worked efficiently.

This model does not clean, plates, glasses, silverware come out exactly like they came in. We were told to use Finish in the bottom, we were told to use vinegar in the bottom, told to use a certain kind of detergent, told to raise our water temp, told to run hot water before starting the dishwasher.

Nothing has helped. Called repair they came out and said we needed a new pump, replaced pump, but has not changed anything. I end up hand washing most of the dishes before I use them.
