General Electric GSD2020Z02BB

This dishwasher came with new home purchase. It is economical / small to average in size. Offers heavy duty, normal and light washes ... as well as air dry or heat dry. (To conserve electricity & water here in California) we use airdry and usually normal to light washes.
Unit is now a tad under 10 years old. Specified General Electric Products desired when choosing appliances ... as my experience is GE products are reliable and dependable and long lasting (my folks have a refrigerator that is in the garage and over 60 years old).
This unit has been most reliable as well. Just this year one of the rollers cracked slightly is all (and could have been from overstacking). It is a less expensive unit originally, thus a bit loud compared to some models we have seen that are newer and heavy duty. Also one prong has worn some of its plastic coating. Yet it still cleans the dishes well.
We did have the repairman out initially as unit leaked water all over the floor and it was found that the new home pipes were filled with work dust / saw dust ... once that was un-clogged ... never had a problem since.
Would continue to recommend GE and hope this dishwasher hangs in there until we sell the house and can perform as well for new owners.
