Kenmore 24 Inch Model No. 13749

We purchased a Kenmore 24” dishwasher, model number 13749, we have been very happy with the appliance. We bought this model primarily because it was ranked very high (the best buy) by Consumer Reports.

It is very quiet, was easy to install and does a great job cleaning the dishes. We were able to install it ourselves, we did not have to hire anyone to do it, very easy to follow directions were provided. It is rated as an energy star appliance and is supposed to have extra cleaning power in the spray jets.

It has a giant tub capacity which is great when you are trying to get everything in at one time. It offers a few different wash cycles which include the smart wash, ultra wash and fast wash, which all work very well. It also offers the option of a delayed wash (for up to six hours) cycle when you don’t want to forget to turn it on but don’t want it running while you have guests in the kitchen.

There is also a special cycle for pots and pans which really works well and is so much easier than scrubbing them clean by hand. We are happy with the dishwasher and feel we got the best value for our money.
