Our dishwasher was installed Jan 12,2012, and lasted 2 months and 1 day before leaking out of bottom right corner. Service tech could not come for 2 and 1/2 weeks. Terrible service from sears. I have to take dishwasher back to sears by myself for them to refund money. Customer service is terrible.

This is our 2nd dishwasher in 4 months.
The 1 st one leaked from the bottom right door, they replaced it and the 2nd one had a loud clunk when opening the door. The service guy jammed cardboard in the door to correct the problem but broke the control panel in the process. He replaced the panel and left. Next day the dishwasher was dead. Same service guy came back installed a NEW panel and started the dishwasher then left. When it was finished we unloaded it and found the dishwasher dead again !
Waiting for service again...
