We purchased this machine after researching and review through consumer reports. Simply put....this machine is not worth any money. We presoak and practically wash everything before it goes into the dishwasher and things manage to come out dirtier than they go in... Glasses are always cloudy, and dishes are dirty on the inside and out. My advice....don't buy this machine.
