The Kenmore Elite I have is pitiful. I am hand doing the dishes because my beautiful Kenmore Elite leaves soap scum on the dishes. I've tried every kind of rinse agent and wash detergent on the market. I run the water to heat it before starting the Elite. The repairman doesn't even want to come back and service the thing. Beautiful with its all stainless tub and more buttons than a car wash. . . but a disappointing product. Just purchased a Bosche and cannot wait for it to be delivered.

Five years and one month ago, we bought a Kenmore Elite. The heating element broke one month after the waqrranty expired and they say they they do not make the element anymore!!! During the extended warranty period, we also had the motor replaced.
