"Quiet" huh? Really? Because it appears to be the exact opposite of quiet for starters. Secondly, plan on running your load twice because that's the only way this Model cleans completely.

Seriously, I hope for Kenmore's sake the Engineer that designed this has moved on because it's a "load", no pun intended. Something as simple as designing the Dish-washing racks seems to have been too much of a challenge as I have tried every conceivable way to place items and you still need to be creative if you want a decent sized load.

It drives me crazy every single time I have to use it and I hope to one day take a sledge hammer to it so as to find some serenity and closure. No really..
