STOPPED WORKING AFTER THE FIRST USE! The factory service tech. stated that it was a malfunctioning door latch. Not the first one they incountered either. The part would have to be ordered. It would be another week with out a working dishwasher and having to take another day off from work.

Service tech could not give us an approximate service time, just "sometime between 8am and 5 pm.

If they know they have part/design problem why don't they carry the replacement part on the service truck and not inconvenience the customer.
