    Two Drawer Model 769
    by: Ann Paul

This is the most expensive dishwasher I have ever owned and the absolute worst EVER. It doesn't drain, gets clogged up with some of white cheesy gunk that stinks and it doesn't get the dishes clean. It is disgraceful. My husband is out of town, and I have taken it completely apart. I cannot get the smell out of my kitchen.

There is apparently no recourse for us. Lowe's doesn't want it back and KitchenAid's attitude is "tough luck."

    Unacceptible design flow
    by: Gary L.

This model has a design flow - you will get a mold on dishes if you keep them in for 3 or more days after it finishes the cold air drying four hours cycle. By design it keeps some water on the buttom of the washer all the time. Three inspections confirmed this design flow and still KitchenAid refuses to replace my purchase to a different model. We have take washed dishes out of this dishwasher and wash them again before using for a meal. Unacceptable design!!
