since day #1, the silverware tray dividers made out of plastic,have been warped & fall out of place as soon as utensils are loaded into them as they will not remain in their designated location.

I have now removed them which jambs all of the silverware together causing some to not be washed properly.

Aside from aforementioned,it washes very good.
