Maybe we got a lemon, but we are very unhappy with our KitchenAid dishwasher. It is very stylish and quiet. It worked very well for about 2 years. Then, unknown to us, the pump began to leak still worked but ruined our entire kitchen floor. Now it is hit and miss whether or not the soap dispenser will open while cycling. Sometimes it opens, sometimes it doesn't leaving everything dirty. I can't recommend this product.
