We loved it because it was quiet and did an average job of cleaning. For a $1,000 dishwasher (CND) we didn't expect it to break 1 week after the warranty ran out. We've had expensive bills to fix it twice in 5 years and now its completely dead.

The LG Customer service was apathetic, rude and frankly turned us off from buying any other LG appliances. We're in the market to replace all our appliances and we are glad to have found out how awful the service is before committing to more LG products.
