Love the features and 3 tiers. Washes great. However, the handle latch has failed now twice in 8 years. The first repair 2 yrs after purchase, cost nearly $400 P&L. I can't justify another repair to a faulty part. And, I can no longer get these same great features. I'm out of luck!
