Maytag Performance

I have a Maytag Performance dishwasher. Before this one I had a GE. I have to say I like the Maytag better. Although the design is about the same, the Maytag is much quieter and runs faster. The GE would take about an hour to do a cycle, in which the Maytag can do it in about 35 minutes. It also seems to get the dishes cleaner than the GE did.

I use Finish dishwashing detergent in both and the Maytag just seems to work better. Also another big thing is that it's quieter. The GE was really loud, this one seems to be so quiet you can barely tell it running. Which is a big deal when your kitchen is next to your living room. The GE would be so loud we could barely hear the TV.

We bought this dishwasher at Lowes, where we tend to buy all of our appliances. The overall model is great. Although we don't use it all the time, we still wash dishes the old way by hand at time, this is one of the better dishwashers I have ever used. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone. We have had this dishwasher for about 2 months. We got it after we moved and did not want to transport the old one. It was never easy to install, which was not true for the old one.

I would say it took us about 20 minutes total to install it. If your looking for a good dishwasher that is easy to use as well as easy to maintain, this would be the one for you. It does the job well, is quiet, and inexpensive. What more could you ask for in a dishwasher. This one has all the features you need at a price most people can afford.
