Midrange Kenmore dishwasher gives us no problems
The day our old dishwasher broke two years ago, I cheered. I hated that machine for many reasons, including hard water stains, poor layout, and rusty, broken off pieces from the top rack.
We bought a new, moderately priced Kenmore dishwasher at Sears, and overall, I would say it was a pretty good value.
We are on a budget, and the most important features overall to us were layout and noise level.
The Kenmore fits a lot of dishes on both the top and bottom racks, and contains several small, detachable organizers for silverware and other small washables. We have babies, so it is nice to have a good spot for bottle and sippy cup pieces, as well as pacifiers.
The noise level is moderate, but the Kenmore features a start-delay where you can set the machine to begin washing in 2, 4, or 6 hours. We set ours to wash in the middle of the night, so we are not bothered by the noise.
The dishwasher is black, so it is very easy to keep looking clean. Also, you able to easily lock the machine to keep your children from opening the door.
The machine features an easy-to-use button panel, accessible to anyone. The dishwasher is modern in style and hardworking in function.
We have not had a single problem with the dishwasher thus far and would purchase it again.
