Have had dishwasher less than 5 years.

no matter what the setting --washer will start only on 2hr setting. I have to set wash cycle two or three times before machine will start. I have to try over and over again to get the washer started. Am told a part to fix the washer will
cost 150 dollars, not counting labor.

I shall not fix this washer because of cost nor ever buy a Matag product, again. Maytag ads lead us to think it is the best product on market;
so carefree, in fact,that the repair department personel have time on their hands and are bored because of no breakdowns!
