One great name in dishwashers out there today is the name Whirlpool.

The Whirlpool company has been known for producing quality dishwashers that offer a combination of great performance with reasonable pricing.

Super Capacity Tub

One of the great common features of Whirlpool dishwashers is the Super Capacity Tub that they com with. When you go with the Super Capacity dishwashers that are offered, you’ll find that they are one of the largest available in the industry today.

These dishwashers offer an extra 3 inches of loading capacity that will allow you to get almost everything in your dishwasher – even the tall things.

Even though this type of a dishwasher is taller than most, the motor is on the side, so you are still able to fit it in standard dishwasher spaces in your kitchen. So, it fits in well and it provides you with even more room for dirty dishes.

PowerScour Technology

Another of the common features that you find in a Whirlpool dishwasher is the special PowerScour technology. This special feature is designed to get rid on the need to rinse dishes or scrub off dishes that have tough baked on food.

All of the wash cycles work with this technology to help get rid of baked on food on the dishes. There are actually 36 different spray jets that are targeted to help get rid of the grime and food while cleaning the entire load. In fact, it won’t even use more water.

Energy Star

One of the best features of Whirlpool is that they are Energy Star qualified appliances. This means that they work to protect the environment by offering great energy efficiency.

The dishwashers by Whirlpool meet the Energy Start standards and help to save on both water and energy, which saves you money and also helps to save the environment as well.

Whirlpool Gold

The Whirlpool Gold dishwasher is a great looking dishwasher that comes with a variety of options. You can purchase it in black, white, or monochromatic stainless steel.

Depending on the color, you will pay somewhere between $750-850 for this dishwasher. Some of the great options that you’ll find on this dishwasher include PowerScour, Pots and Pans cycle, special adaptive wash cycles, a super capacity tub, a self cleaning filter, formed door, a special glass cycle, and special Sani Rinse Options.

Whirlpool Built in Supercapacity

Another type of dishwasher by Whirlpool you may want to consider is the Whirlpool Build-In Supercapacity dishwasher.

This dishwasher is a bit cheaper than the Gold dishwasher, and runs about $400 for white, biscuit, or black, and about $500 for the stainless steel.

The SheerClean option takes away the need to actually rinse your dishes before placing them in the dishwasher, and there is a Soak and Scour option that works great for cookware that has food baked on to it.

Whirlpool Budget Dishwashers

For those that are on a budget, there are a couple great options for less than $300 when it comes to Whirlpool dishwashers. While you may not get all the bells and whistles that come with the more expensive models, you still get a dishwasher that will provide great cleaning from a name you can trust. These dishwashers come with temperature boost and a Pots and Pan cycle as well.

They are also designed with delay wash options, so you can choose when your dishes get washed.

Whirlpool Portable Dishwashers

If you happen to need a portable dishwasher, you will find that Whirlpool has portable options to offer you as well. Even if you don’t have available space in the kitchen, a portable dishwasher from Whirlpool can help you get all the great benefits of a dishwasher.

There are five different cycles offered on the portable dishwashers and they are available in both black and white. Some of the cycles available include Rinse Only, Pots and Pans, and Plate Warm.

A large silverware basket is included as well, which helps keep your silverware together and clean them as well as possible.

So, as you can see, there are many excellent options available when it comes to Whirlpool dishwashers. No matter what your budget and your specific needs, more than likely you’ll find a great Whirlpool dishwasher that will meet your needs.
