Whirlpool QU9805CQB2

I've had my Whirlpool dishwasher for about 7 or 8 years. Though it does an semi-adequate job of cleaning the dishes, it doesn't handle large pots and pans, plates or bowls. The distance between the racks is too narrow. The bottom item constantly hits the sprayer arm, stopping it and making it hard to clean. Also if the dish on the bottom rack is too big it prevents the door from closing.

It has a vent in the front of the dishwasher that allows the hot air to escape the machine. The air that comes out of it has discolored my cabinet that is mounted next to it. I never use the drying cycle because it takes too much energy. The hot air that comes out of the vent is from the air-dry cycle. I would hate to see my cabinet would look like if I used the heat-dry. I purchased the black door model to match with my other appliances.

The bottom of the door is rusting from the inside out. It has a large rust bubble on the bottom of the door that has just shown up within the last several years.
The some of the dividers on the racks fold down to allow for wider pieces, but some of them are beginning to rust and bend. The machine is a "Quiet Partner".

It was very quiet for the first few years but now it has gotten louder. It also has an accuwash sensor, which I really can't tell the difference from my old Maytag that didn't have one. I definitely wouldn't recommend this model or the Whirlpool brand unless they have majorly improved.
