Whirlpool Quiet Partner 1 DU1055XTS03

As a mothers day present I finally got a working dishwasher.

The whirlpool quiet partner 1 (DU1055XTS03) in the "silver mist" color. It was bought at Lowe's in May of 2008. I bought this one because it looked great, a stainless steel look without the price or effort to keep it looking clean.

The price was reasonable. I also liked the size. The lower rack is huge so that even a cookie sheet or large pot can be places inside without hitting.

I also love the delay feature. I load the dishwasher right after supper but usually we are getting the kids baths, taking showers, and doing laundry so we can't run the dish washer.

This way I can set the delay for 2,4, or 6 hours to start in the middle of the night. It really is quite too. We never hear it running in the middle of the night.

Washes great, dishes always come out clean (even if the kids didn't scrap and rinse very well). I would and have recommended this dishwasher to others.

Hook up didn't take my husband long at all either so it is pretty straight forward and simple. It did take me awhile to figure out the best way to load the dishwasher, so that everything my large family dirties could fit each day.

The example or how to load the dishwasher inside the manual wasn't very helpful. How many families have 12 coffee cups and saucers dirty at a time? That is my only complaint about the dishwasher.
